Construction of Spring Sports Floors

Spring sports floors are available with various surface and structural characteristics depending on the floor's functional purpose. The top layer can be either Karelia 3-layer wood flooring with a 3,5 mm or 6 mm surface.

When it comes to flexible materials, wood is the best and longest lasting. Non-fatiguing special plywood and rubber shock pads are used in the manufacture of Spring floors' frame modules. Depending on the use, frame modules can feature a double, triple or even quadruple elastic construction. Frame modules are installed at a 45-degree angle to ensure that the elasticity characteristics of the floor's structure and materials will be evenly distributed over the entire floor surface. This ensures that the energy of the movement is shared. You can stiffen the sprung structure by using pieces of plywood for example at locations where there are movable seats or door openings.

45 degree subfloor

Forget Unevenness. Adjustable metal legs can adjust the structural height to achieve overall evenness.
