All the team are dedicated to providing the best service and advice in the industry. No one is more aware of the problems involved in finding the best product to suit a specific project. We always have a member of the technical team available to answer questions regarding suitability of specific wood types and installation.

We realise that price is always a major consideration when purchasing a wood floor. Keeping this in mind we have searched the world for both budget and premium products as our aim is to suit all budgets. If we don't think a particular product is suitable, we will tell you even if this means we jeopardise an order. Southern Hardwood Furniture uses only wood from sustainable forests. The Team

Southern Hardwood Flooring is a family run company led by director Derek Conti. All our fitters are trained within the company. The team is dedicated to meeting the needs of our clients. You may only need the services of one team member or maybe all of them. We specialise in all aspects of wooden flooring from the complicated design to the normal domestic installation. We have the exclusive installation rights to the unique SAIMA range in the UK. Southern Hardwood Flooring is a local distributor of Arden Heritage Solid wood flooring as well as Alloc and Karelia.

Experience

The company has completed projects nationwide although 95% are in London and the Surrey belt. We are the major installer for St. James Homes. As a company we like to innovate and are always looking for new design concepts. We are constantly in negotiation with manufacturers in Europe for new ideas and award winning design products. Our flooring designs adorn the homes of the rich and famous. We have also completed projects in the south of France for Passenger Liners.

As a company we install over 20,000m² of hardwood flooring a year so our buying power is quite substantial. We can beat the DIY multi-stores on costing and quality. What we offer is high quality hardwood flooring at better prices with the personal touch.
